The closest point of focus at a given aperture, at which infinity falls within the Depth of Field is called..Hyperfocal Distance .i think the upper top of photo is fugged ...out of focus!

it could have been a more mysterous pic if it was saved close to the ground,a kind of a worm eye look.the upper part could have been omited letting the coinsident lines by cut each other out of the pic ,because it leads the eyes to the upper section of the pic ,which is almost
out of focus.
